Vegetable salad
A light and nourishing salad with fresh vegetables like: cucumber, red juicy tomatoes. Served on Savoy cabbage leaves; garnished with cream, dill, salt and pepper, sprinkled with pine nuts. Specially for vegetarians!
Borshch
Borshch, red and warming in the Russian-Ukrainian traditions. Add cream.
Pork chop
A classical chop - an excellent continuation of dinner.
Pineapple compote
A compote of juicy exotic fruit, cooked in the Russian gastronomic tradition.

Vinaigrette with salmon
Vinaigrette with salmon.This classical Russian salad from finely chopped, boiled vegetables and salted gherkins, vinegar, has acquire some sort of status – on account of its inclusion in a tasty range of red fish salads.
Mushroom soup
An excellent soup, with mushrooms and barley, reminding us of autumn and brown woodland.
Chicken queen’s style
Pieces of chicken fillet, stewed in a creamy sauce with sweet peppers. Served with rice and vegetables and pickled cabbage.
Lemon drink
The most healthy and refreshing citrus drink, made from freshly squeezed lemons.

Italian salad
Italian salad with Conchiglie pasta, sweetcorn peas and ham.
Chicken broth
Warming, exhilarating, rich chicken broth with vermicelli.
Chicken liver
Properly prepared chicken liver is not only very tasty – a delicacy, but it’s also healthy. It contains folic acid and sufficient vitamin B12 to satisfy a person’s requirement for a whole month. And here we do prepare chicken liver properly!
Berry compote
Berry compote is really a fruit infusion. It’s made from bilberries; sometimes from cranberries, and sometimes from strawberries.

Lightly salted trout
The most delicate trout with white strips of fat, with a piece of lemon and garnish. Chef’s delight!
Vegetable soup
An outstanding mixture of vegetables – a storehouse of vitamins! Add cream.
Beef with prunes
Beef braised to full tenderness with prunes… a perfect union!
Compote from dried fruits
An excellent compote sweet and tasty, an old friend from childhood.

Note:
Kuraga is some sort of dried apricot; it strengthens the human heart and raises the haemoglobin level in the blood. Dried apple is a good source of easily digestible sugars and trace elements. The American mathematician, Alan Turing committed suicide by pouring cyanide onto an apple and biting it.

Caesar salad
The classical salad which can be found not only in every respectable restaurant, but also in the ALS canteen. Fresh Roman salad with croutons, extra virgin olive oil and grated Parmesan.
Peasant soup
Peasant soup – that means simple and rich: turkey meat, barley vegetables, salt and pepper.
