Mushroom soup An excellent soup, with mushrooms and barley, reminding us of autumn and brown woodland. |

Chicken queen’s style Pieces of chicken fillet, stewed in a creamy sauce with sweet peppers. Served with rice and vegetables and pickled cabbage. |

Chicken liver Properly prepared chicken liver is not only very tasty – a delicacy, but it’s also healthy. It contains folic acid and sufficient vitamin B12 to satisfy a person’s requirement for a whole month. And here we do prepare chicken liver properly! |

Beef with prunes Beef braised to full tenderness with prunes… a perfect union! |

Compote from dried fruits An excellent compote sweet and tasty, an old friend from childhood.
Note:
Kuraga is some sort of dried apricot; it strengthens the human heart and raises the haemoglobin level in the blood. Dried apple is a good source of easily digestible sugars and trace elements. The American mathematician, Alan Turing committed suicide by pouring cyanide onto an apple and biting it. |
